The project goal for this award winning project is to have the landscape be a reflection of the mountain contemporary design of the architecture, while providing a transition from that architecture into the natural environment of the surrounding mountainous area. The design is not only to be aesthetically pleasing but also functional for the members & visitors of the church.
This overall view shows how the landscape is a reflection of the architecture. The straight lines of the planting design reflect the contemporary design of the architecture.
