The proximity of the Northrop property to the Big Wood River place it in one of the most scenic (and natural) locations in the valley. In order to maintain this character, only minimal improvements to the landscape were made. Maintained grasses surrounds the home, providing outdoor living space for the client. Beyond this, native grasses are used to transition the site into the existing landscape.
